Required:
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml of yogurt
- 100g of butter
- 200g of grated cheese
- 100g of white flour
- 1 baking powder
- 100 ml of sour water
Preparation: Beat the eggs with cheese and yogurt. Then add the melted butter to the mixture, then the flour with the baking powder. Mix everything well, then add the sour water and combine everything together. Spread the mixture into greased muffin tins. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
